EastCoast 12 Meter Class
The EAST COAST 12 METER is based on a 1962-63 vintage design for a full sized International 12 meter yacht.This medium sized hull is 59" in length, displaces approximately 23 lbs. and has a mast height of 72". It is currently the largest boat that our club sails and the hull must be purchased from a class certified builder. Decks, rig and sails are strictly controlled but may be purchased or scratch built. The cost to build this boat is about $1200.
