What a fantastic day......I checked the weather just before I
went to the pond at 8:25AM and it was still indicating 60% chance of
rain all the way into the evening hours. As it turned out, it never
did rain at all and the sun came out with winds just right , except
they could have been from another direction. There were 14
Solings and 10 EC 12's with 4 Victorias.
Nominations are "open" for Commodore and Vice Commodore"
all you need to do is to let me know if you want a try for the

By now all dues should have been paid to John Biles,

Annual Club Meeting is November 11th, please contact Doug Bowe
as a rsvp is required.
Dbowecdt@aol.com It will be adjacent
to Gander Mountain at the Tall Tales restaurant........Normally we
would wear blue blazers however since this is not a "yachty" place
then we can dispense with the blazers and come casual.
